REtechSouth - The Day After
March 28, 2008
WOW! What a whirlwind these past 17 days have been. I can’t say enough thanks to everyone who supported the impromptu conference. REtechSouth exceeded every expectation and the feedback has been amazing! I’m too tired to give a full recap (maybe this weekend), but here are some quotes and links about the event:
“Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the seminar. Speakers were impressive and informative, and the entire ‘event’ was very professional and very well presented. Thank you very much.” - Susie Blackmon
“Nicely done! Can’t wait until next year.” - Michael Williams
“It was terrific to have met you at the RETechSouth conference today - Gratz on a terrific program!” - Simon Warner
“Wow. What a great conference so far. If you’re looking for the latest in doing business and promoting yourself online, with a real-estate focus, you really should be here at REtechSouth. There’s more than enough to take away for commercial practitioners, too. ” - Bob Woods
*Tom Royce of The Real Estate Bloggers did an excellent job live blogging most of the panels yesterday.
I had so many people come up and thank me, congratulate me, and even high-five me yesterday. I wish I had recored their comments, but they all went something along the lines of…
“what a great event”
“these speakers were awesome”
“when is the next one”
“thanks for putting this together”
“this rocked”
Thanks again to everyone (speakers, sponsors, attendees, and support staff) - you all rock!
Now I hope to catch up on some much needed rest this weekend.
-Brad Nix
Today’s The Big Day in Atlanta Real Estate for RE Tech South
March 27, 2008
RE Tech South is about web 2.0 in action. In fact, the whole organization & execution of the event itself is completely in line with the collaborative environment online & the power of social networks. Today, 150+ people will be gathered here in Atlanta for this conference. 3 weeks ago the term “RE Tech South” didn’t exist! That’s how fast it all came together. 3 weeks ago, it was just a cool idea shared among like minded people who want to share what they know — to trade that knowledge for some other tid bits of information that others might have figured out about internet marketing, web 2.0 and the like.
We’re so excited to see what’s going to happen here. If you are not yet signed up, it’s not too late. We’ve got room for a just a few more so don’t miss out on the dialog.
