Brad is the beauty behind the brains of REtechSouth. He’s been a closet geek ever since he received a Commodore Vic-20 as a kid (yes, the one with the cassette tape external drive). Now that he’s comfortable sharing his nerdiness with the world, you can find his hand in many entrepreneurial projects such as: Maxsell Real Estate, New Media Atlanta, REtechSource, and Jolly Good Fellows. Carol told her father in High School that she didn’t need to take computer science (remember the language called Basic?) because she’d never need to use a computer. Needless to say, they joke about that today. Relieved that the world has evolved from the days she stood behind a fax machine for hours sending news releases to reporters, Carol is a social media consultant for new home builders, developers, brokers and others in the industry. Carol has been blogging since before blogging was cool and is the visionary behind Atlanta Real Estate Forum. She likes to joke that even her horse has a blog – The Big Red Horse. Ben Carter, Content Crusader
Ben loves Real Estate, down to earth people and golf. His golf handicap is over 20, but he blames this on the fact that he is distracted throughout his round by Facebook, Twitter, and email. He spent some time in college working as an Archeological aid with the great Dr. Henry Jones, Jr. After his studies Ben’s professional career has been devoted to Real Estate field. He met his wife while they were both attending the University of Georgia and both are avid Bulldog Fans! They now reside in the growing metropolis of Woodstock, GA. Michelle Serra, Speaker Spellmage
Michelle is the organizational queen, give her a mess and she will clean it up for you. In addition, Michelle is also a passionate book worm and can often be found with her head in a work of literary excellence and character…. or chick lit. As a recent graduate of Elon University and the youngest member of the mRELEVANCE team she is slowly working her way up the corporate ladder and hopes to be a ‘verified account’ on twitter someday. Patty Keller is charged with coordinating RETechSouth’s events and logistics. If you know her, you know that she loves to throw a great party! Brad Nix tapped Patty to help with the 2010 event because of her successful experience running her own business while managing projects and resources for busy real estate professionals.
